Paintings from our 2018 westport trip
We come to paint together for 4 days, and are always amazed at the diversity of vision and expression derived from our journey! Some images are linked to the artist's websites, but if you want information from those who don't have links, you can contact me, Mary Moore, trip co-ordinator.
Some of our informal 'hanging' at our vernissage on our last day. Plus, we indulged in some Hallowe'en fun with hand-painted masks! Also, this fall I devised an activity that proved very popular, daily 'memory' paintings. These are little 5x7 paintings created at the end of the day based on a memory from the artist's outing. At our gathering on the last day we bartered and exchanged the little gems with each other. What a lovely memory! I have a few images of these at the end of this gallery, but some are sprinkled throughout.
